
Greek Chicken Skewers

1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken thighs
2 cups of plain greek yogurt
At least 3 wooden skewers
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika
Oregano
Garlic powder
Onion powder
salt & pepper

In a pan, combine the greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and all of the seasonings. Chop chicken into inch size pieces. Pierce the chicken onto the skewers until the skewer is full. Place all chicken skewers into the greek yogurt marinade and cover chicken with marinade mixture until fully coated - I like to use a brush.
Place skewers into your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
Halfway through the cook, drizzle of olive oil on top of the skewers to get a little crispiness. Add crushed red pepper for some spice if you’d like!
